Everything you every wanted to know about the ESDA
David Tobin (Foster & Freeman)will discuss the latest developments of the ESDA, procedures and applications. You are invited to send your questions to the program chair.

Mock Trial
A different approach to the usual mock trial setting. Questions posed are based on
the strategies and questions that attorneys us to ambush the expert witness.
